Our Organization

Hudson Valley Fresh is owned and operated by a

Board of Directors and receives guidance from its 25+ Advisory Board Members. The Board of Directors and the Advisory Board are by majority composed of independent farmers and otherwise by representatives of all of the membership levels we serve.

Our Members

Hudson Valley Fresh is a member based non-profit with membership levels for farmers, retailers, schools and institutions, restaurants, lodging establishments and individuals or families.

Our Administration

Hudson Valley Fresh currently partners with Cornell Cooperative Extension Dutchess County for administrative support, resources and for implementation of educational programs. An Extension representative holds a seat on the Board of Directors.

Our Communities
Currently, Hudson Valley Fresh (HVF) serves Dutchess and parts of Columbia and Ulster Counties. Eventually, HVF will serve the entire Mid-Hudson Valley.
