Valley Fresh?
We are a not-for-profit dairy
cooperative dedicated to preserving the agricultural
heritage of the Hudson River Valley and
promoting it as
one of the premier food regions of the United States.
We produce premium quality dairy products –
whole, skim, low-fat and chocolate milk along with half
and half, heavy cream, and sour cream.
We are sustainable agriculture – it our mission
to secure living wages for our farmers and their
families. By ensuring a fair price for our farmers’
goods, we keep those farmers in business, which means
preventing the loss of their land to development. Our
Hudson Valley Fresh farms are currently preserving 5,000
acres of open land. Now that’s sustainable agriculture!
We are locally produced
– all of our milk is produced on Hudson
Valley Fresh farms located in Dutchess, Columbia and
Ulster
Counties in New York State. All farms are within 20
miles of each other.
We are locally processed - we process all
of our milk at Boice Brothers Dairy in Kingston, New
York. Our milk is the only milk they process and we
never co-mingle our milk with milk from any other farm.
That ensures taste and quality. We guarantee that Hudson
Valley Fresh milk is from Hudson Valley Fresh farms.

We are locally sold - we sell our milk in
the Mid-Hudson Valley, Long Island, New York City, New
Jersey and Connecticut. We offer our valued customers
high quality food choices with a low carbon footprint.
We are award-winning - our farms have won awards
for the quality of their products like the National
Dairy Quality Award and NYS Environmental Stewardship
Award.
We meet the strictest standards of Kosher law and are
certified kosher by KOF-K Kosher Supervision, one of
the foremost Kosher certification agencies in the United
States.
